We built this shoe to be plenty breathable, thanks to both the mesh windows in the upper fabric and GORE-TEX lining which wicks away moisture with ease. Of course, that lining is fully waterproof as well, ensuring that you can keep your run going through creeks, streams, and passing showers.

IRESPOND MIDSOLE SYSTEM
The iRespond system combines two densities of high-performance EVA to provide cushioning and energy return. The forefoot and mid foot features higher density EVA, to provide rebound and "spring" in the toe-off phase, giving energy back to the user. Lower density EVA in the heel provides great cushioning for training.
